Booking and Scheduling
How do I book a shoot?
To book a pet portrait session, please click the BOOK NOW button on the top bar to check availability and schedule your preferred date and time.
How far in advance should I book my session?
We recommend booking your pet portrait session at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability on your preferred date and time.
What days and times are available for the photoshoot
Photo shoots are available on Friday evenings and weekends, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. Please visit the book now section for current availability.
Can I request a specific location for the photo shoot?
No, Unfortunately due to this introduction pricing I am only able to offer this shoot at this specific location. Please contact me and I can try to accommodate other requests. Note these might incur additional charges.

What is included in the £30 introductory offer?
The £30 introductory offer includes a 1-hour photo shoot in Cheltenham, a free framed 4x6 photo, and 3 high quality digital versions of the final images.
Do you offer any package deals or discounts for multiple pets?
We currently do not offer package deals or discounts for multiple pets, but we may consider special requests; please contact us to discuss your specific needs. However please feel free to bring along multiple pets and I will happily photograph them within the 1h window
What are the prices for additional prints and sizes?
Additional printed photos are priced below:
4x6 - £10
5x7 - £15
8x6 - £20
Do you offer digital copies of the photos?
Yes, we offer 3 digital versions of the final images as part of our introductory offer, however, they can also be purchased separately if you would like extras. These are priced at £1 each
Photoshoot Details
How long does a pet portrait session typically last?
A pet portrait session typically lasts for 1 hour.
What should I bring to the photo shoot?
We recommend bringing any favorite toys, treats, or accessories to help capture your pet's personality.
Can I be in the photos with my pet?
Absolutely! We encourage owners to be in the photos to capture special moments with their beloved pets.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the photo shoot?
In the event of bad weather, we can reschedule the photo shoot to a more suitable date and time.
After the Photoshoot
How long will it take to receive my photos?
You can expect to receive your edited photos within 1-2 weeks after the photo shoot.
How will I receive my photos?
We will provide you with a digital download link to access and download your high-resolution photos along with an emailed version of the 3 images.
Do you offer photo editing or retouching services?
Yes, basic photo editing and retouching are included in the price of the photo shoot.
Can I order additional prints or products after the photo shoot?
Yes, you can order additional prints and products directly from us after the photo shoot.
Payment and Cancellation
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via bank transfer, PayPal, and major credit/debit cards. We do not accept Amex.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made AT LEAST 48 hours before the scheduled photo shoot will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made LESS than 48 hours before the photo shoot may incur a cancellation fee.
